Our LEadership Team
Dee Latiolais
Executive Director
Dee’s dedication to seniors began in her childhood, where she enjoyed playing Canasta with her grandmother and friends. Over the past two decades, she has passionately served seniors in various capacities, including leading the Senior Friends program at Clear Lake Regional Hospital, organizing travel and speakers for seniors. In 2009, Dee found her true calling in Assisted Living and Memory Care, assisting families in challenging decisions for their loved ones.
Beyond her professional role, Dee is deeply committed to community service. She embodies Servant Leadership, demonstrated during her four-year tenure on the CAP of Pearland board, two years as a steering committee member for the Brazoria County Alzheimer’s Awareness Project, and her previous role with the United Way Elder Services Provider Network in Houston. In her spare time, Dee volunteers with the Houston Area Doberman Rescue, where she has served as a board member for a decade.
One of Dee’s most cherished community contributions was as part of a Pet Therapy Team with her late Doberman, Bella. Together, they brought smiles and joy to residents in assisted living, memory care communities, nursing homes, and rehab hospitals. Dee and her husband, Mike, have been happily married for 36 years, enjoying shared interests in fishing, boating, ballroom dancing, and their beloved Dobermans, Chica Chica Boom Boom and Niko Suave.

She specializes in dementia advocacy and education, providing compassionate support.
